Milne Security Officers are professionally trained and thoroughly screened and able to undertake a multitude of security tasks. Supported by Milne’s 24 HOUR Secure Operations Centre (SOC) and an experienced mobile Supervisory Team. Our officers perform their duties diligently and professionally, ensuring the safety and security of clients’ personnel and assets.
Milne has developed a CCTV Security Solution with the constant changing environment of the Construction Industry in mind. CCTV towers with high powered night vision cameras mounted at key points throughout the project will transmit and record 24 hours per day. Images are clear and precise, being retained for evidence if required. On completion of the contract, the system is transferred with minimal disruption to begin operating on the next site.
Opening and closing are the most vulnerable times for premises and can put huge pressure on staff. Milne Management Ltd Security Services ensures that this daily function is undertaken professionally, with no risk to your personnel.
All Client keys are secured in our 24 hour Secure Operations Centre and only accessed by authorised personnel.
Once an alarm is activated at a at a client’s premises, a Mobile Response Team will respond and act in accordance with predetermined instructions, will carry out external and/or internal patrols ensuring the integrity of the building or facility.
On completion, a full report and recommendations will be sent to the client.

The mobile nature of a drone, along with its ability to capture crystal clear video footage, means that they have now become an invaluable tool for Milne to provide aerial patrols of their clients’ facilities during the day or at night.
The type of drone solution being used by Milne is a small, portable aircraft fitted with dual-function cameras designed to capture high quality visual and thermal video footage. The same drone can even be fitted with a high-intensity spotlight and loudspeaker, so the drone operator can let an intruder know their movements are being monitored and recorded.

Secure Operations Centre
Overseeing all assignments to ensure the health and safety of Milne Security Officers, the SOC operates 24/7 and is based at our Head Office in Glasgow. SOC operators are fully trained and experienced supervisors, who effectively manage and deploy personnel. All data including CCTV and web-based information is compiled and recorded on secured servers. Milne’s procedures are in accordance with the GDPR regulations.

A stringent, BS 7858 screening procedure and assessment is carried out by Milne Management Ltd vetting officers, prior to any candidate being offered employment. For all applications to be considered, we require a valid SIA licence, driving licence and use of own transport is desirable. Once this procedure is completed satisfactorily the candidate will undergo training.
