Our Management and In-House Training Staff have undergone the necessary training and are meeting criteria. All Management and Security Staff are trained in First Aid (First Responder) and Conflict Resolution Management.

Our Services

Our Operations Team undertake Security Risk Analysis to provide our clients with Risk Mitigation Protocols and Assignment Instructions.

Manned Gaurding

Milne Security Officers are professionally trained and thoroughly screened and able to undertake a multitude of security tasks. Supported by Milne’s 24 HOUR Secure Operations Centre (SOC) and an experienced mobile Supervisory Team. Our officers perform their duties diligently and professionally, ensuring the safety and security of clients’ personnel and assets.

Concierge

Providing experienced Concierge Personnel who engage with client and staff. Performing their duties diligently and with optimum assurance, Milne are able to supplement your existing Staff or cover for holidays/unforeseen absences.

Retail Loss Prevention

Retailers face unique challenges in this changing economic environment. As consumer demands drive higher levels of competition for market share, inventory protection is paramount to profitability and company performance. Milne delivers exceptional results to our clients. Our unique approach to provide a solution and trained Security Personnel is the cornerstone of our success. Whether your company operates a boutique, speciality or big box environment, our expertise will deliver both results and a positive return on your loss prevention investment.

Mobile Patrols

Milne’s priorities are Assets Protection and Crime Prevention. Having robust and well rehearsed mobile response procedures in place we can respond to an incident and provide support to our own Security Officers or clients’ personnel. Milne Mobile Patrols are cost effective and flexible, able to provide out of business hours visits, ensuring the integrity of your premises.

Key-Holding

Opening and closing are the most vulnerable times for premises and can put huge pressure on staff. MS2 ensures that this daily function is undertaken professionally, with no risk to your personnel.
All Client keys are secured in our 24 hour Secure Operations Centre and only accessed by authorised personnel.

Alarm Response

Once an alarm is activated at a client’s premises, a Mobile Response Team will respond and act in accordance with predetermined instructions, will carry out external and/or internal patrols ensuring the integrity of the building or facility.
On completion, a full report and recommendations will be sent to the client.

CCTV

Milne has developed a CCTV Security Solution with the constant changing environment of the Construction Industry in mind. CCTV towers with high powered night vision cameras mounted at key points throughout the project will transmit and record 24 hours per day. Images are clear and precise, being retained for evidence if required. On completion of the contract, the system is transferred with minimal disruption to begin operating on the next site.

Biometrics & Access Control

Our Access Control Systems are scalable, so can grow with your business. From a project with one door and few users to a site with multiple doors and points of entry with up to 128,000 users, we have a system to suit you. We can offer systems backed by a Lifetime Warranty to give you complete peace of mind.

Event Management

MS2 trained Security Officers and Stewards, whose competency and training standards are assessed, ensures their suitability for providing Crowd Management at events including:

Secure Operations Centre

Overseeing all assignments to ensure the health and safety of Milne Security Officers, the SOC operates 24/7 and is based at our Head Office in Glasgow. SOC operators are fully trained and experienced supervisors, who effectively manage and deploy personnel. All data including CCTV and web-based information is compiled and recorded on secured servers. Milne’s procedures are in accordance with the GDPR regulations.

Security Risk Assesments

We combine data-driven Risk Management capabilities with technical and industry operational experience to help clients mitigate their exposure to Security Risks using proven and practical risk-based decision-making processes.

Screening Procedure

A stringent, BS 7858 screening procedure and assessment is carried out by MS2 vetting officers, prior to any candidate being offered employment. For all applications to be considered, we require a valid SIA licence, driving licence and use of own transport is desirable. Once this procedure is completed satisfactorily the candidate will undergo training.
